My new Hyundai Elantra Touring is great! I like the storage space in the vehicle. It runs good and I am glad to have the 10 year warranty. Shannon has followed up with me every step of the way she has proved that she is there for me before and after the sale.

They are trying to find an intermitten problem with my 2011 Azera Limited that only has 8000 miles on it. I have been back to service 3 times. I have another appiontment & I hope this will fix the problem. This is a large inconveince of my time & money as it takes a good 4 to 5 hours out my day each time not to mention the gas I have wasted. I have also notified Hyundai Customer Service about this problem. I purchase a new vehicle every 2 years & this my first Hyundai, I'm very dissatified with Hyundai so far. Frank

Walked in made a deal on a Hyundai Veloster and my wife loves it!  Had a great experience with Carolyn Davis.  My wife drives on the expressway and set the cruise at 68 and she is getting 54 MPG.  That is fantastic!!  She is averaging 40 MPG.  The interior and the workmanship on this car is spectacular.

When I was at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala, more importantly, at Carolyn's desk, I could not help but notice all the cards and emails that she had hanging up thanking her for the great service she provides.  Well, I wanted to thank Carolyn, Doyle and Cote and everyone else I dealt with that day. I went to 3 Hyundai dealerships--Tampa, Wesly Chapel and New Port Richey--and no one wanted to to accept my e-plan pricing without trying to get more out of me.  Jenkins was straightforward with me prior to my 80 mile drive up there and stood by what they said when I arrived.  In fact, I had such a good feeling after talking to Carolyn before I drove up there that I cleaned the majority of my personal belongings out of my car before I drove to Ocala.

I have been buying new cars since 1966.  I have even bought one new car and one pre-owned from Jenkins Hyundai but my transaction with Carolyn Davis was a first for me.  She was professional and friendly but was no high pressure.  She made us feel like she genuinely cared that we bought the right car to match our needs, not what would get her the highest commission.  Unlike most other car buying experiences, when we left the lot we did not feel as if we were just “cheated”.

I bought my 2011 Elantra April 2011. It took 4 1/2 hrs to do the paperwork. In August I took the car back because the drivers seat had a bit of a shake in it and it was annoying. When i took it in I was told there was nothing wrong with it. In September the play turned into a movement in the seat and it had gotten progressively worse. I took it back in. I spoke to Aaron Fields, Service Advisor. He said he could not see a problem. I showed him the seat. He told me that if I was going to be agressive with my car then that would happen. I did not apreciate his rude comment. I took my car to the service department to be seen by a service tech, not a service advisor. I asked Aaron if he was a tech or mechanic and he replied "No." He told me that they did not like to do warrantee work on the weekend and to bring it back during the week. I told him I worked m-f 8-5. He said there was nothing wrong with my car. I explained that if he could show me ALL the 2011 Elantras seats did the same thing then I could accept that, if not then my seat moving while I drove was unacceptable. He gave me the number to the service manager Frank after I had to ask for it twice. I called Frank on the following monday......4 times! Finally I got to speak to him. Frank proceeded to tell me that they do get paid to do warrantee work and alot of customers don't understand that. My response was...I don't care if you get paid for warrantee work or not. You did get paid for th Elantra I purchased form you and it is under warrantee and I want it fixed. So. I have to take my new car in a third time to get these people to honor and fix the warranteed seat in my car. Today is the day I go in. It is a saturday and my day off. I will spend yet another saturday off in the service dept at Jenkins Hyundai. We will see what happens. I will never purchase a car, or recommend this dealership to anyone. It is sad that after only 5 months of buying this new car, that I am having problems with getting warantee work fixed. How would Hyundai the corporation feel, knowining how Jenkins deals with the repairs and warrantee work that is not being done for its consumers???

I have made an appt with David Maus Hyundai in Deland for later today. My faith in this dealership is gone but I wanted to give them one last attempt to fix this wrong. David Maus says there should be no play or movement in the seat and it sounds like safety issue that needs taken care of immediately. They had no problem with me bringing it in on saturday to be fixed.

How can 2 Hyundai dealerships be telling me 2 different stories? Is it the car or is it the dealership itself?.....time will tell.

I was a Ford, and Chev man all my life. When we moved back to Ocala I had a Mercury Sable and a Ford Tourus. I went to the Ford dealer and they did not want to talk until i was ready to buy on the spot. I new about Palum Chev; They are just too high in priuce. WWe stoped at Jenkins and  Charles Correia met us at the door. He was very good. Took the Wife around your hole lot until we seen the Car we wanted. Huyndia Sonada He offered  us a fare price on our two Cars. But not aS MUCH THAT I THOUGHT THEY WHERE WORTH.The car is a great running car. I love it. The day i bought it My wife and i went to get somthing to eat, and a women backed into my rear Bumper and Scratched the paint. I went to Jenkins Service Department to buy some touch up paint.Not on stock as yey. The service Manager Pet had the paint guy on Monsay,s touch up the Bumper.You should get more people like him. I told my Daughter about Jenkins and met her theeir. She raded a 2005 Dodge Ram and bought a 2011 SUV. She loves it.I talked her into buying a SUV. she was always a Truck person. Two days ago I went to the Mail Box. You have to swing around the Guard
Schack I swong it too fare to the right, ad hit the curb. I got out and i was Sick. I tore my wheel and a chunk out of the tire.I took it back to Jenkins and talked to pet. He stated it looks like the tire was okay, but if it starts to bubble i would have to replace.and most likely the wheel too. and that probely will cost $600.00. I just don,t have it . I will hve to save for it. But back to the Car. I would not traid this for any money. My Wife got into my Daughters SUV and said can we traid the Sonota in to SUV. Carolyn was called out on a family Medical ER when I arrived in Ocala- I was disappointed not having the opportunity to deal with me but she set it up so that I could work with Jeff. Jeff is relatively new but with years of sales experience and very open and friendly - I wished someone could have explained to me more about the digital experience of the car's - blue tooth , odometer settings etc. Jeff was not upto-date onthis part of the car at this time. My son and to read up on in and it expalinit to me. Neverhteless, both my son and I wre very satisified with my experience.

I dealt also with Sean for payment details. I did not like the fact that at first he overcharged me on something and as tired as I was I caught the mistake. When I made him aware of this mistake he stated somthing to the fact that it was only $25. I lost trust in him immediatelyl when he said this. I know it was the end of the sales day when I was purchasing my car but I put a lot of work into car shopping and hoping to get the best deal I could without feeling riped off; not to mention I drove up from FOrt Myers and would be makingthe trip back that night as well. Buying a car for me is a HUGE thing - I expect every bit of respect and honesty. I wonder if there where other things I may have over looked or was not told. Food for thought.

I have purchaced cars from this dealership in the past ( 5 ). But have never delt with this sales person befor, where have you been hiding her? Costomer service is important to me Carolyn EXCELLS here. She is very friendly and knows her stuff, their is no B.S. she tells you like it is. The prices are good I wish to thank Carolyn for allowing me to become part of her " Buying Family ".
