Walked in made a deal on a Hyundai Veloster and my wife loves it!  Had a great experience with Carolyn Davis.  My wife drives on the expressway and set the cruise at 68 and she is getting 54 MPG.  That is fantastic!!  She is averaging 40 MPG.  The interior and the workmanship on this car is spectacular.

When I was at Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala, more importantly, at Carolyn's desk, I could not help but notice all the cards and emails that she had hanging up thanking her for the great service she provides.  Well, I wanted to thank Carolyn, Doyle and Cote and everyone else I dealt with that day. I went to 3 Hyundai dealerships--Tampa, Wesly Chapel and New Port Richey--and no one wanted to to accept my e-plan pricing without trying to get more out of me.  Jenkins was straightforward with me prior to my 80 mile drive up there and stood by what they said when I arrived.  In fact, I had such a good feeling after talking to Carolyn before I drove up there that I cleaned the majority of my personal belongings out of my car before I drove to Ocala.

I have been waiting for a survey concerning my recent new car purchase and I don’t believe it ever arrived.  The transaction was so unusual; I wanted the opportunity to complete a survey.  This is why I am writing this review.

I have been buying new cars since 1966.  I have even bought one new car and one pre-owned from Jenkins Hyundai but my transaction with Carolyn Davis was a first for me.  She was professional and friendly but was no high pressure.  She made us feel like she genuinely cared that we bought the right car to match our needs, not what would get her the highest commission.  Unlike most other car buying experiences, when we left the lot we did not feel as if we were just “cheated”. 

In short, Carolyn Davis was a “ten” all the way and I hope you recognize the benefit she brings to your dealership.

You guys are exceptional!! Scott Rosenfeld in Leesburg and Lance in ocala are the best you could ever work with in sales and service. I was nationally ranked in sales for 10 years with Chevrolet, GMC Trucks, and Cadillac and my last dealership was #1 in the WEST for service, so I know you guys at JENKINS have it dialed in!! I almost want to drive in just to say HI! Epecially knowing my Hyundai may well never require anything other than an oil change or similar service, like my battery was changed and tires checked. My Ca Cadillac dealership also started a Hyundai Franchise where I learned about the exceptional quality of these cars, bought an AZERA rather than a CTS and was THRILLED with the car, sold it to my son after 3 years, specifically wanted another in white, found on on the internet at Jenkins, Leesburg, bought it, was there for less than two hours, great guys there, Ocala service TOPS, Mr. Jenkins should be PROUD! I could not be happier nor more secure having JENKINS as my CHOICE.

I am very happy with my new Elantra.  It has everything in it I want and it rides beautifully. Everyone stops and tells me how beautiful it is. I highly recommend Carolyn Davis as a salesperson. She treated me wonderful!
