Shannon was fantastic, she responded to my email immediately and when I came in she treated my wife and I great, She explained all the features so both my wife and I could fully understand them and took us on a great test drive.  I was so happy to finally buy a car in a great friendly and most of all no pressure atmosphere.  Thanks Shannon for making it a great experience.  Paul O'day was equally as great, helped us work thru all the financing issues and made the experience easy and with no stress.

Customer Not Happy With Hyundai of Ocala Service

They are trying to find an intermitten problem with my 2011 Azera Limited that only has 8000 miles on it. I have been back to service 3 times. I have another appiontment & I hope this will fix the problem. This is a large inconveince of my time & money as it takes a good 4 to 5 hours out my day each time not to mention the gas I have wasted. I have also notified Hyundai Customer Service about this problem. I purchase a new vehicle every 2 years & this my first Hyundai, I'm very dissatified with Hyundai so far. Frank

Shannon called me from the interenet sales department and invited me in.  She was very personable, knowledgable and patient with me while I made my decision.  I was able to negotiate a great deal on my new Accent. I am getting great gas mileage too. I left my house keys at the dealership with all the excitement, Shannon delivered my keys to my work for me the next day!  Call Shannon for a enjoyable shopping experience.

Customer is Happy With Their New Veloster

Walked in made a deal on a Hyundai Veloster and my wife loves it!  Had a great experience with Carolyn Davis.  My wife drives on the expressway and set the cruise at 68 and she is getting 54 MPG.  That is fantastic!!  She is averaging 40 MPG.  The interior and the workmanship on this car is spectacular.
